In July 2012, I weighed 214 pounds and wore a size 36 in the waist. Through running and smarter eating, I have lost nearly 50 pounds and wear a size 30. This blog is documentation of my journey of eating better, exercising more, and improving my health. Through my posts, I hope to inspire others who are looking for a reason to get off the couch, like I was.
